Train in a crew of 4-6 people, all working toward the same things you are. These semi-private groups are an excellent and cost efficient way to experience high level coaching, and to deepen your focus on what you most desire for health.

  • 🆕 GROUNDED

    Welcome to a slow-down. This class focuses on developing deep core strength, mobility, and on working through exercise regressions and strengthening mind body connection. Expect a ton of bodyweight-based movement, but don’t be deceived: the work will be tough. A great place to come as you rehab an injury, develop better mobility, and deepen your own connection to the way your body moves.

  • LADY LIFTS

    Strong women, comin’ through. Strength is the name of the game in this class: big energy, big weights, big sweat, big magic!

    We’re giving a much better definition to the term “lady-like” 😏. Get in here and show yourself what you’re made of!

    Tuesdays 7pm:

  • CO-ED LIFTS

    We pick things up then put them back down, and we do it with end-of-the-work-week vibes!

    This get-strong session is an excellent place of camaraderie, sweat, and we-can-do-hard-things energy 🙌.

    Fridays 4:30pm:

    Learn to lift weight and improve your confidence both on and off the gym floor!
