Monday Nights 5pm: Strength

Working to get stronger? Like lifting weights? Us too! This fan-fave class is an hour focused on resistance training, and a great opportunity to fine tune your movement patterns. You’ll need DBs

Wednesday Nights 5pm: H.I.I.T.

High output. Quick movements.The bringer of all sweat.This workout is a tough, but oh-so-rewarding hour of high intensity intervals.Don’t let the tough label scare you away: you can do this!

  • Do class live or do it later. 48 hours of access.

Fridays 7pm: Full Body Mix

Our fave way to close the week! This is a screens-free class that always features a combination of strength, high output, balance and core work. A feel-good, high energy hour in the studio with a great crew of humans!

  • Offered in studio only, no workout recording.

Saturdays 10am: Sweat+Stretch

Feeling tight? Looking for a slow down? This class features 20 minutes of gentle bodyweight exercise followed by restorative practices designed to help you feel more mobile, calm, and connected to your body. A great place for beginners to start!

  • Offered virtually

  • Studio Sweat: $18/class (package deal available)
