GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

 

THE ORIGINAL MAKE IT HAPPEN PROJECT

Where The Make it Happen Project got its start! Join a team of wonderful human beings all looking to better themselves through exercise.

Class is a mix of strength and cardio-based work, and is full of all sorts of bodies, abilities, and personalities. This class is entirely work at your own pace, and includes weekly challenges and workout homework to keep you on track between classes. Fitness junkie? Awesome. Brand new to exercise? Also awesome. Join a hub of people all in support of each other’s goals, and be ready for some high-energy fitness fun.

Level: No experience required Cost: $90 for Six Weeks
Current Offerings: Fridays 12:30pm | Fridays 7pm | Sundays 10am


SWEAT & STRETCH

Looking for a healthy way to de-stress and feel great? This is the class for you!

The first half of our Sweat & Stretch class is exercise based: similar to the style of the original Make it Happen class. Expect a sweaty mixed of strength and cardio.

The second part of class has a more restorative focus: think stretching, meditation, foam rolling, mindfulness, nutrition, breathing… all things to help you live a healthier, more mindful life.

This is a great place to start if you’re new to exercise or just getting back into the swing of things.

NEWBIES LAUNCHPAD

Been awhile? New to the gym? Not sure where to start? Time to knock the dust off and get yourself moving! This class will gently ease you back into exercise, teach you the ins and outs of weight training, and help you to feel more in control of your health. Leave with a feeling of sweaty confidence!

Level: Great for beginners Cost: $90 for Six Weeks
Current Offerings: Thursdays 6pm | Saturdays 10am

MILITARY MADNESS

This hard-hitting 30 minutes is exactly what your mid-day needs! Led by a former military instructor, be ready for high intensity, high volume, and military-type physical training in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Maximize your lunch hour, and go back to work feeling energized without worrying about having to get your workout in at the end of a busy day.

Level: Appropriate for all levels
Cost: $75 for Six Weeks
Current Offerings: Mondays 11:45-12:15pm | Wednesdays 11:45-12:15pm | Saturdays 9:30-10am

OPEN GYM

A more advanced class, Open Gym at The Make it Happen Project allows you the opportunity to get through your sweat sesh independently.

A workout is designed for you ahead of time and at the beginning of class, I’ll walk you through that day’s workout format and get you comfortable with the movements. From there, you’ll complete the workout almost entirely on your own. This class uses more advanced movements, including use of squat racks etc. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete a full warm-up. A great class for the self-motivated exerciser!

Level: Some experience required Cost: $120 for Six Weeks
Current Offerings: Fridays 4:30pm | Sundays 11:15am


HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

If you’re looking to really push your limits and to leave the gym feeling completely depleted, high intensity interval training is where it’s at!

HIIT-based work involves short bouts of high output exercise, often bodyweight, followed by periods of rest. It’s great for fat loss, it’s high energy, and it’s a way to really challenge yourself.

It’s also the type of work that can be tough to do on your own. That’s where I come in!

RISE & GRIND

Come and get it, early birds! Start your day with this full body workout using circuit and interval training, and set the tone for a healthy productive day. Exercise first thing in the morning can help really help to cultivate consistency!

Level: Appropriate for all levels Cost: $90 for Six Weeks
Current Offerings: Tuesdays 6:30am | Thursdays 6:30am


PRIVATE TRAINING GROUPS

These smaller, private groups are typically more advanced. Be in touch to see if this class is right for you.




Level: Experienced exercisers
Cost: $150 for Six Weeks
Current Offerings: Mondays 5:30pm
