This fall, we’re exploring la Belle Provence!

We’ll be hosting workouts twice each week from the road, and as we guide you through these fitness sessions, we hope to showcase the prettiest pockets of Quebec!

September + October: Virtual Workouts

These drop-in workouts will help get you moving, with weekly options for strength and high output. No matter the distance between your workout space + mine, you’ll feel a real part of something here. Fitness junkie? Cool. Brand new to working out? Also cool. Find exactly the challenge you need.

  • $12.50 per class or $10.41 per class with a β€œBuy 5 Get 1” package deal.

  • Workouts are run on a drop-in basis: no weekly or monthly commitment required.

  • Participant cameras are off for privacy. You’ll see + hear me the whole time.

  • No need to join live; access the live recording for 48 hours.

Mondays: Strength

Working to get stronger? Like lifting weights? Us too! This fan-fave class is an hour focused on resistance training, + a great opportunity to fine tune your movement patterns. You’ll need DBs.

  • Class is live on Mondays at 5pm.

  • Recording available for 48 hours
